A pensioner has been arrested after armed police and forensic officers swooped on a street in Rutherglen.Officers arrived at Mill Street in the South Lanarkshire town on Thursday night.
Pictures showed forensics at the scene late last night as a probe was launched.It's understood armed officers were also in attendance before a 71-year-old woman was arrested.The nature of the incident is so far unclear.
