Ariana Grande has confessed that seeking therapy saved her life. The Rain On Me hitmaker, 28, is kindly donating $1m (£719k) towards accessible free therapy in a bid to help those who are currently suffering in silence.
The pop star, who has been incredibly candid and open about her own struggles with depression and anxiety, has teamed up with mental health ambassadors Better Help.
