Argentina Waiter Arrested In Liam Payne's Death -- Latest Details!

The waiter who was charged in connection with the death of Liam Payne has been taken into custody. Braian Nahuel Paiz’s lawyer has confirmed to People that he was arrested on Friday at his home outside of Buenos Aires.

This comes days after news broke that five individuals were charged in connection to the tragedy. They’re facing up to five years in prison if convicted. Meanwhile, Braian and hotel employee Ezequiel Pereyra have been charged with supplying narcotics for payment, for which they’re facing up to 15 years behind bars.

Braian has been adamant since day one that he never sold Liam drugs. He did admit to Telefe Noticias in November to using cocaine with the Teardrops artist in the days before his death but insisted that’s it!
