coronavirus lockdown as B&Q and Homebase have confirmed that their stores will remain open. Hardware retailers are classed as essential so are allowed to remain open under Scottish Government rules which came into force on January 5.All Scottish B&Q and Homebase retailers are open and are also available for click and collect.Both DIY chains have put some shopping rules in place so that everyone stays safe while in store.The B&Q website states: "In line with Government guidance, online planning appointments are available at all stores.
