Todd Spangler NY Digital Editor Apple has hiked the price of its Apple TV+ streaming service for the second time in a year.

The tech giant updated the pricing info for Apple TV+, along with its Apple Arcade and Apple News+ subscription services and Apple One bundles, on its website Wednesday.

The new price of Apple TV+ is $9.99/month in the U.S., up from $6.99 previously. The annual price is increasing from $69 to $99 per year.

Existing subscribers will see the price increases 30 days later, on their next billing renewal date. Apple first raised the price of Apple TV+ for new and existing subscribers in October 2022, when it kicked the subscription from $4.99 (the price point it originally launched with in November 2019) to $6.99 per month. “Since launching four years ago, Apple TV+ has made history for streaming services by crossing major milestones in a short span of time, thanks to its extensive selection of award-winning and broadly acclaimed series, feature films, documentaries, and kids and family entertainment,” a company spokesperson said in a statement.
