Quentin Jerome Tarantino (born March 27, 1963) is an American filmmaker, actor, film programmer, and cinema owner.
His films are characterized by nonlinear storylines, satirical subject matter, aestheticization of violence, extended scenes of dialogue, ensemble casts, references to popular culture and a wide variety of other films, soundtracks primarily containing songs and score pieces from the 1960s to the 1980s, alternate history, and features of neo-noir film.
Apple Original Films today laid out its release plans for Killers of the Flower Moon, the Martin Scorsese-directed adaptation of the David Grann book that pairs the helmer’s two favorite leading men, Leonardo DiCaprio and Robert De Niro.
While the release date is different, the information Apple announced is much the same as when Deadline revealed the plans last July.
Particularly that Paramount Pictures will earn its place as part of the original deal Deadline also broke, and will team with Apple to release the film theatrically worldwide.
The film will open limited Friday, October 6, and go wide Friday, October before it moves to streaming globally on Apple TV+.
