Aoibhín Garrihy has fond memories of her time on the Irish acting institution that is Fair City. The long-running soap has seen many of our nation’s famous faces pass through it over the years and now the BEO founder has reflected on what she misses about being on the soap.
Aoibhín played Neasa Dillon on the soap, starting in 2010, and after three and a half years in Carrigstown, initially left in 2013. ‘I’m glued to it at the moment,’ she said of the RTÉ soap as she launched the Facebook Positivity Parade in aid of Aware. ‘We’re all lacking any bit of gossip, excitement, drama in our lives, so we’re clinging to everything and anything aren’t we?
