Strictly Come Dancing star Anton Du Beke was caught speeding and sent on a speed awareness course, he has revealed.The 54-year-old professional dancer made his admission during a discussion about speeding on Steph's Packed Lunch today.The father-of-two said the course had opened his eyes.It made him think about the effect that driving at high speed has on the braking distance of a car, he said.While discussing speeding, host Steph McGovern called him out."I mean you have just had to do a little speed awareness course, haven't you?" she said to Anton."I had to do a little speed awareness course," the ballroom dancer confirmed.He went on to say that he had to take part in the course as he was "a little bit" over the speed limit, but did not.
