Antiques Roadshow saw a guest fall "head over heels" on the evening of December 1, as she discovered the value of a crown gifted to her by her husband.The BBC show was hosted at Cromford Mills in Derbyshire, where people brought their hidden treasures for appraisal.

One visitor presented a miniature velvet crown from Chatsworth House. She revealed that she had received the item two years prior as a Valentine's Day gift from her husband, who had originally purchased it at an attic sale at the estate back in 2010.

Expert Chris Yeo shed some light on the stunning piece, saying: "What it is is a crown fit for a King, you might say, or even a Duke." "Probably for storing trinkets.
