The chief instructor on Channel 4 series SAS: Who Dares Wins admits he would block out any connections to his personal life while on the job, in order for him to stay ‘focused’.
Ant opens up in the June issue of Men’s Health, which he has helped guest-edit, and confessed the brutal way he would stay focused as a soldier.
He admitted: ‘When I was in the military and on operations, I wouldn’t read any letters from my wife and family. I’d burn them.
