Ant McPartlin's ex Lisa Armstrong made an appearance on Strictly’s It Takes Two tonight, to open up on her role as the show’s makeup designer.

Lisa, 48, is head of make-up and hair on the hit BBC show - helping to transform the stars and celebrities on the dance-floor week every week.

On Wednesday night, 6 November, Lisa dazzled in a black sequinned jumpsuit as she appeared on the spin-off show to chat to Janette Manrara.

She opened up on the ‘chaos’ backstage of the show, particularly on recent shows such as Halloween Week and Icons Week. She said: "They are pretty full on and it is chaos in the hair and make-up room.
