Thomas Jane, who dated Anne Heche briefly beginning back in 2019, has filed a lawsuit against her estate over an unpaid loan, according to People. The 53-year-old actor alleges the deceased actress borrowed $157,000 from him prior to her death. The lawsuit claims that Heche agreed to pay back the loan in $10,000 monthly installments beginning in August 2021.  Lawsuit: Thomas Jane, who dated Anne Heche briefly beginning back in 2019, has filed a lawsuit against her estate over an unpaid loan, according to People (pictured 2020)Jane claims Heche paid him the first two installments but still owes him $149,106.04 because of interest and late charges.  According to the suit, the Donnie Brasco actress owes Jane $137,000 in the principal, $9,814.79 in interest (as of November 8) and $2,291.85 in late charges. The Punisher actor is also suing for $18.77 per day in growing interest, according to the publication. Jane and Heche started dating in 2019 but split before her death though exactly how long is unclear.
