There is an update about Anne Heche‘s estate. Following the news of her death in August, it’s since been revealed that the star, who passed away at the age of 53, did not have a will, via court documents obtained by Us Weekly.

As a result, her oldest son Homer Laffoon, 20, filed paperwork to be put in charge of his late mother’s estate, who also named his 13-year-old brother, Atlas Heche Tupper.
