The Dens Park club had initially intended to vote down the motion but their ballot wasn't received after an IT issue.Budge will now team up with Hamilton chairman Les Gray in a working group to assess the possibility of a top flight reconstruction to 14 teams that could yet save the Gorgie side from relegation.
