Andrew Lloyd Webber has shared some devastating news. On Saturday (March 25), the 75-year-old Broadway composer announced that his son Nicholas had died at the age of 43 after a battle with cancer.
The news comes after Andrew skipped the opening night of his new Broadway musical Bad Cinderella to be by his son’s side. Thank you for all your thoughts during this difficult time.” Last week, Andrew revealed that Nicholas was “critically ill” and had been battling gastric cancer for the last 18 months. Nick died just three days after Andrew‘s 75th birthday, which was on March 22.
