Amy Schumer on Thursday responded with humor to a report linking her to a nationwide shortage of tampons.On Wednesday, the New York Post published a report titled, 'Why Amy Schumer is getting blamed for the national tampon shortage,' noting that a spokesperson for Procter & Gamble told Time that sales for the product spiked 7.7 percent after Schumer began appearing in Tampax commercials in July of 2020.The comic, 41, took a screenshot of the article with the caption, 'Whoa I don’t even have a uterus,' in reference to her revelation last fall that she'd had her uterus and appendix removed to combat endometriosis.
