American diner set to open in Ayr town centre with new jobs created

Tracy told Ayrshire Live: "We think there's real demand for this type of venue as it can appeal to all the family. "You only have to look at the success of a place like TGI Friday's to see that this type of food, when done well, is a big hit."It won't be fast food...it will be all your American classics from ribs to hot dogs and waffles and loads of tasty desserts – and it will be done right."Boswells served as one of the town's main bar and restaurant venues until closing in 2019.It has been empty ever since but now work is underway to revamp the premises, with an all-American theme including stylish booths that will cater for around 70 covers.Tracy added: "We think there's
