America's Got Talent: All-Stars has been given the official green light to commence production by NBC earlier on Friday.The spin-off series, created by Simon Cowell, 63, will bring back familiar faces as they compete for a new and coveted 'All Star' title.The original America's Got Talent competition series first premiered in 2006, and has been a whopping success over the years.
Season 17 of the hit show, which aired earlier this year, ranged around 6 million viewers per episode. New spin-off: America's Got Talent: All-Stars has been given the green light by NBC and will air next year in 2023; the current judges, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, Sofia Vergara, Simon Cowell, and host, Terry Crews, for AGT main show According to Deadline, the upcoming series will star past winners, finalists, fan favorites, and also a few viral sensations who will battle to be an All-Star.
The spin-off will see beloved and current America's Got Talent judges transitioning over to the new show, such as Simon, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel.
The only judge that will not join the All-Stars competition series is Sofia Vergara, reported the publication. Terry Crews, the current host of America's Got Talent, also known as AGT, will also host the spin-off.
