Amazon Prime Video has confirmed a popular TV series will return for a new season. Good Omens, starring Michael Sheen and David Tennant, has been confirmed for a third and final series.
Based on the novel written by Neil Gaiman (the show's creator) and the late Terry Pratchett, the first two seasons earned a respectful 85 percent score from critics on review site Rotten Tomatoes.
Sheen plays an angel called Aziraphale while Tennant is a demon named Crowley. The first series, released in 2019, saw their millennia-long friendship and peace on earth jeapordised thanks to the threat of an imminent Armageddon.
It should've been a limited series but was renewed for a second in 2021.
