Twitter to respond to a fan who assumed she was reprising her role as Connie Beauchamp on BBC's Casualty.The question came after the 54-year-old had shared a photo on the set of the award-winning programme.

But it turns out Amanda has been appointed a new position as the show's director, which will keep her behind the camera as she rejoins her fellow cast and crew one year after quitting."Omg are you back?" @lauraglasgow quizzed the former Holby City star."This has made my Monday."Amanda responded to the tweet as she clarified why she was back on Casualty."No!!!
