And Amanda Holden admitted today that she is one of them - as she is sprouting grey hairs along the front of her hairline and doesn't know how to take care of her new hair colour as the hairdressers are closed.
The 49-year-old made the confession on her Heart FM radio show but at first she seemed too embarrassed to come clean that she was going grey.
As she chatted with co-host Jamie Theakston and celeb hairdresser Michael Douglas she asked for advice on covering up the silver strands but pretended she was asking for a pal.
