Earlier this month, Manchester United’s newest recruit, Amad Diallo, made the switch from Atalanta to Old Trafford after the two clubs agreed on a deal for the 18-year-old back in October.
Upon arriving, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was impressed by the teenager following his first couple of training sessions with the club.
He said: ‘Amad has looked really comfortable and he’s settled in really well in training. It shows how technically adept he is and, of course, we’ll give him time to settle and adjust, but hopefully we can see him on the pitch in not too long.
He’s definitely done well in training.‘ Whilst impressed, it’s a positive that Solskajer is already acknowledging that it may take time for Diallo to adjust to his new surroundings.
