A horror explosion which killed a man inside an Alloa property has been ruled 'not suspicious'. The explosion at Kellie Place, which happened at around 6pm on Sunday October 6, caused the tragic death of Graham Green.A multi-agency investigation has revealed no suspicious circumstances were established in the blast which killed the 50-year-old.
Emergency crews scrambled to the scene amid reports of an explosion that day.Part of the roof of the property was ripped off by the blast and a gaping hole was left in the first floor of the building.
Mr Green was pronounced dead at the scene. Following a post-mortem examination his death is not being treated as suspicious and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Three other people from the same block of flats were rushed to Forth Valley Royal Infirmary for treatment to minor injuries.It comes as Scottish Gas Networks (SGN) confirmed they carried out a "thorough investigation" into the major blast which ripped through homes in the Clackmannanshire town.
