Plans for hundreds of homes across Greater Manchester have been submitted in multiple boroughs of the city-region this week.
On green belt land on the outskirts of Bury a 300 home plan has been lodged with the council - a similar number to the housing development destined for agricultural land in Littleborough.
Over in Wigan the next steps could soon be taken for a 830-home plan in Atherton as the application from Bloor Homes goes to the planning committee.
