Charles, Prince of Wales (Charles Philip Arthur George; born 14 November 1948) is the heir apparent to the British throne as the eldest son of Elizabeth II. He has been Duke of Cornwall and Duke of Rothesay since 1952, and he is the oldest and longest-serving heir apparent in British history.
He is also the longest-serving Prince of Wales, having held that title since 1958. Charles was born at Buckingham Palace as the first grandchild of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. He was educated at Cheam and Gordonstoun schools, which his father, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, had attended as a child. Charles also spent a year at the Timbertop campus of Geelong Grammar School in Victoria, Australia.
With his mischievous antics on the Buckingham Palace balcony, his adorable royal wave at Trooping the Colour and his sweet bonding time with grandfather Prince Charles, Prince Louis' best Jubilee moments seriously stole the show as the Queen marked 70 years on the throne. Despite marking his fourth birthday back in April, Prince Louis' official public appearances have been few and far between, with the pandemic meaning he spent much of his life unable to gain the same royal experiences Princess Charlotte and Prince George had by his age.
But the tiny Cambridge tot certainly made up for lost time when he joined The Firm in celebrating the Queen's 70 years as sovereign, with Prince Louis' best Jubilee moments being some of the most memorable from the weekend.
Prince Louis' appearance on the Buckingham Palace balcony to watch the Red Arrows fly overhead was his second time ever, having first had the honor in 2019.
And while it was no doubt an extremely poignant moment for Her Majesty the Queen, little Louis couldn't help but let the world know that he found the fly over rather noisy, covering his ears and screaming in photos that instantly went viral.
