James Lindemann and his wife Rachael were being driven home by a friend from James’ 50th birthday party in Manchester in the early hours of February 2.
The group was travelling along Simonsway in Wythenshawe when James says a car, ‘being driven by two young people’ from the direction of Greenbrow Road, collided with them just before 2.30am.
James claims the other car involved, a black Vauxhall, was being driven at high speed. The smash left James with blood ‘all over his face’, while his wife was left with a fractured sternum.
