Alison Hammond has admitted that her 17 year old son Aidan is “funnier” than her as she opened up about family life in a chat with OK! .

The This Morning star, 47, who has confirmed she’s dating a “special someone”, is an interviewer extraordinaire. Whether she’s “marrying” Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson on live television, or making Harrison Ford laugh like we’ve never seen before, she always manages to make viewers laugh.

And the TV star says her teenage son gets his sense of humour from her – and that he could even be set to follow in her footsteps.

While Alison says Aidan “absolutely” could be a presenter, she continued: “I don’t think he sees himself following in my footsteps at all.
