Mystery boyfriend Dermot let slip during an episode of ITV's This Morning that there is someone in Alison's life in May last year.

Dermot stated that she was "no longer available", to which Alison replied: "What do you mean I'm not available… you trying to say that I'm not available?" A flustered Dermot said: "I don't know, now I'm really confused!" Alison, 48, then admitted: "There is a special someone.There is someone in my life.There is somebody I am dating but you know what I want to share with our family.Thanks for outing me Dermot.
