Alison Hammond has said she 'nearly cried' after spotting a familiar face in the audience as she nears the end of her 'biggest' job.
The This Morning star has been busy for the past month performing in her home city in Birmingham Hippodrome's pantomime production of Jack and the Beanstalk.
Alison has starred as the Spirit of the Beans in the production, performing to audiences alongside the likes of Matt Slack, Doreen Tipton, Samantha Womack and Andrew Ryan.
But Alison's time on stage is soon set to come to an end. Taking to Instagram last weekend, the TV star, 48, spoke directly to the camera while elaborately dressed in character - with a feathered blue headdress stealing the show.
