Alfie Bavidge set for Aberdeen loan exit as leaders emerge for rising star's signature
dailyrecord.co.ukAberdeen youngster Alfie Bavidge looks set to go out on-loan - with Kelty Hearts leading the race.The Scotland youth striker has been tipped for big things at Pittodrie and has recently signed a long-term Pittodrie contract.
The 17-year-old has been the target for several English Premier League sides but has remained committed to Aberdeen. Bavidge made his first-team debut back in February and remains part of Barry Robson’s first-team squad.Aberdeen now feel a run of regular first-team games would benefit his development at this stage.
The Dons are also well stocked in the front areas at the moment with Bojan Miovski, Duk, Ester Sokler and Papa Habib Gueye for their home and European ambitions.
Several League One clubs are interested in Bavidge but Kelty manager Michael Tidser is looking to seal a deal.Young Aberdeen defender Jack Milne is currently on-loan at Kelty The Fife club have a strong relationship with the Dons and have taken several of their young players on successful loans in the past.
