It came after she appeared on Thursday night's episode of The One Show and revealed that she and her husband Charlie Thomson are expecting a baby girl.
The couple are already parents to two sons: Teddy, four, and Kit, who is nearly two-years-old. And Alex posted a sweet black and white photo of the couple and their boys as they held up a sign that announced their happy news.
