Actor Alec Baldwin has spoken out about the death of a cinematographer who was killed when he fired a prop gun on a film set.
The 63-year-old Hollywood star said “there are no words to convey my shock and sadness” in a statement on Twitter, following the death of Halyna Hutchins on the set of Rust.
Baldwin confirmed he is “fully co-operating” with the police investigation into the fatal incident. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Baldwin discharged a prop firearm that misfired while loaded with blanks.
