Alan Titchmarsh has shared a poignant memory on James O'Brien's Full Disclosure podcast, recalling the "heartbreaking" moments with his daughter when he had to leave for work.

I do remember the heartbreaking thing of kissing one of them goodnight and thems saying 'will you be here in the morning?'."The beloved TV presenter admitted the difficulty in responding, knowing he wouldn't be there: "I knew I wouldn't and that was really hard of course.
