Ryan Rodney Reynolds (born October 23, 1976) is a Canadian actor, comedian, film producer and entrepreneur. He began his career starring in the Canadian teen soap opera Hillside (1991–1993) and had minor roles before landing the lead role on the sitcom Two Guys and a Girl between 1998 and 2001. Smirking Alan Brazil attempted to link Celtic with rising Wrexham - before Rangers fan favourite Ally McCoist quickly shut him down.

The Welsh minnows have been on a rapid rise since actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney bought the club in November 2020, with their journey into 'soccer' team ownership charted in the Disney+ series 'Welcome to Wrexham'.

Amid the glitzy coverage and celebrity interest, the team have performed on the park and boss Phil Parkinson is just one win away from claiming the English Conference title and leading the club back to the Football League.
