On that occasion, Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford fired Manchester United to a memorable first win under Erik ten Hag as bitter rivals Liverpool were beaten 2-1.
Sancho showed remarkable composure when putting the hosts ahead and Rashford extended their advantage as he raced beyond the Liverpool back line early in the second half, with Ten Hag’s men holding out for victory after Mohamed Salah reduced the deficit late on.
Ten Hag's former club Ajax will travel to Anfield on Tuesday to take on Liverpool, with Schreuder saying his side is expecting "to go into a storm".
