Presenter Aidan Power looks to be the latest to face to leave the Ireland AM studio at Virgin Media. The station has been shaking up the line up and as a result a number of its top stars have departed quite suddenly.

And it looks like Aidan, who has been a presenter on Ireland AM for the past two years, is another household name to go. Earlier this year there were rumours that Power was being lined up to replace Eoghan McDermott as Doireann Garrihy’s new co-host on 2FM, but that didn’t happen as Donncha O’Callaghan and Carl Mullan ultimately got the gig.

The 42-year-old announced he was finished hosting his popular breakfast radio show on iRadio in May, and multiple attempts to contact representatives for Aidan Power about his departure
