Susanna Victoria Reid (born 10 December 1970) is an English television presenter and journalist. Reid was a co-presenter of BBC Breakfast from 2003 until 2014, along with Bill Turnbull and Charlie Stayt.
She has been a co-anchor of Good Morning Britain since 2014, and currently presents the programme alongside Piers Morgan and Ben Shephard.
She finished as a runner-up on the eleventh series of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013. She also presented Sunday Morning Live on BBC and Save Money: Good Food on ITV.
The mother of Ahmaud Arbery has shared her heartache over the death of George Floyd in the United States, just months after her unarmed son was murdered in broad daylight.
Ahmaud, 25, was shot dead while out jogging by two white men, who tracked him down and killed him after accusing him of robbery in Georgia, US.
The young man's murder was filmed, with him seen jogging before being followed and confronted and eventually killed. Wanda Cooper-Jones has never seen the video of her son's death, making it clear to Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid on Good Morning Britain that she understandably couldn't watch it.
But the video of the death of George last week at the hands of a white police officer has impacted her grief, she confirmed.
