Moana Hope and her wife Isabella Carlstrom are going to be mums! The former AFLW star and her model partner made the baby announcement on Instagram alongside an ultrasound photo of their bub.  "We are going to be MUMS.

I don't yet have the words to fully explain how happy we are. It's a dream come true for us and in November we get to meet our little person," Moana said on May 13. "From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank @monashivf and the team for everything you have done to support us,"' she added "You have helped make this dream a reality.
