Adele has said she is "embarrassed" over not being able to make her marriage work. The superstar singer has opened up to chat show host Oprah Winfrey about her divorce, her son, and her weightloss.

It was all during a two-hour special on CBS to launch her new album, titled 30, which aired in the US overnight. It is the first time she has discussed the breakdown of her marriage with ex-husband Simon Konecki publicly and said she was "disappointed" for herself and her son, Angelo.
