Edward Christopher Sheeran, MBE (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. In early 2011, Sheeran independently released the extended play, No. 5 Collaborations Project. After signing with Asylum Records, his debut album, + (pronounced "plus"), was released in September 2011. It topped the UK and Australian charts, reached number five in the US, and has since been certified eight-times platinum in the UK.

The album contains the single "The A Team", which earned him the Ivor Novello Award for Best Song Musically and Lyrically. In 2012, Sheeran won the Brit Awards for Best British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act. "The A Team" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 2013 Grammy Awards, where he performed the song with Elton John.

Justin Drew Bieber (born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian singer, songwriter and actor. Encountered at 13 years old by talent manager Scooter Braun after he had watched the boy's YouTube cover song videos, Bieber was signed to RBMG Records in 2008. Bieber's debut EP, My World, released in late 2009, made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut record chart on the Billboard Hot 100.

Adele’s latest album ’30’ and The Weeknd’s ‘After Hours‘ single ‘Save Your Tears’ were the world’s best-selling records of 2021.Music industry body the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (IFPI) has revealed that Adele’s 2021 album sold more than five million copies in two months.

It’s also the biggest-selling record on vinyl and CD.The Weeknd’s ‘Save Your Tears, which was released in 2020, topped the charts in 18 countries and was streamed 2.15billion times.
