Adam, 29, and Holly, the 24-year-old daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, met in 2021 while the swimmer was competing in Strictly Come Dancing alongside Holly's younger sister Tilly.
Alongside a photo of the pair in which a great big sparkly engagement ring could be seen on Holly’s finger, Adam, who is also a doting father to four-year-old son George, whom he shares with his ex-partner Eiri Munro, wrote on Instagram: "I can’t believe you’re going to be my wife."
