Adam Lambert Puts a Cher-Inspired Twist on a Classic Nursery Rhyme (Video!)

The 41-year-old American Idol alum appeared on the Monday night (April 17) episode of Jimmy Fallon‘s That’s My Jam with Halle and Chloe Bailey and Simu Liu.
During a round of Wheel of Musical Impressions, he was assigned “The Muffin Man” and tasked with singing it in the style of Cher. Watch Adam Lambert give “The Muffin Man” a Cher-inspired makeover inside… Adam gamely belted out the track as the band played “Believe,” and he certainly did Cher proud with his vocals.
Of course, he’s no stranger to “Believe.” If you forgot, he moved Cher to tears while covering the song at the Kennedy Center Honors in 2018.
