Adam, 54 has been a part of the Countryfile team since 2001, and on tonight's (Sunday, May 10) episode sees Adam step in to help a nanny goat in distress.

But why won't Adams family eat the produce of their farm?The presenter's passion for agriculture is evident through his role on Countryfile as well as off-screen with Adam highlighting the importance of knowing "what you are eating", which is why the presenter says he lives off the land.Talking about what he and his son eat, he told the Mirror in 2019: "He's very much all for living off the land and eats the meat bred on his farm when he can."But that doesn't mean he doesn't appreciate a plant-based diet."He added that his longterm partner Charlotte and daughter Ella are vegetarian.Adam.
