Peter Schmeichel berated Manchester United winger Antony for kicking out at Alexis Mac Allister in frustration after not being awarded a free-kick in Thursday's loss to Brighton.
The Brazilian hacked down Mac Allister on 69 minutes after referee Andre Marriner waved away protests when he was felled a few seconds earlier.
The kick provoked anger among Brighton players, with Lewis Dunk squaring up to the incensed Antony. The pair bumped chests before being separated with each receiving a yellow card for the clash and Schmeichel was critical of Antony’s hot-headedness.
