Aaron Carter “died without leaving a will”, which means the State of California will now decide whether his 11-month-old son Prince inherits his estate.The musician shocked the world with his death at the age of 34 last week.
Aaron was found at his home in California on Saturday, November 5, with reps for the late pop star confirming the sad news of his death.
They said at the time: “We are extremely saddened and shocked to confirm the passing of Aaron Carter today.“We ask that you give the family time and they will have more information when available.”They also stated that a cause of death is currently being investigated.It has since been reported that the inheritance of Aaron’s estate will be determined by the State of California.
The musician leaves behind his on/off fiancée, Melanie Martin, as well as his young son Prince.He welcomed the 11-month-old boy with Melanie back in November, 2021.
