A24 has landed the rights to Luca Guadagnino‘s highly-anticipated new movie! On Wednesday (August 28), it was announced that the entertainment company acquired the U.S.
distribution rights to the 53-year-old Italian director’s new movie Queer starring Daniel Craig and Drew Starkey.
The movie was written for the screen by Luca‘s Challengers collaborator Justin Kuritzkes, which he adapted from the novel of the same name by writer William S.
Burroughs. “Queer is a labor of love, and we could not be more excited that our film has found a home with a studio as daring, vital, and trail-blazing as A24,” Luca and Daniel shared in a statement with Variety.
