'A very nice club' - Ajax star teases Manchester United transfer move

Ajax striker Brian Brobbey has namechecked Manchester United after dropping a hint that he could leave the Eredivisie club in this summer's transfer window.

Brobbey, 22, has been linked with a move to Old Trafford at various stages since Erik ten Hag was appointed United manager in April 2022.

He was strongly linked with a move to the Reds in July that year but United correctly anticipated that he would join Ajax on a permanent deal.

After joining RB Leipzig in 2021, Brobbey returned to Ajax less than 12 months later, re-joining them on loan. He then returned to the Dutch heavyweights on a permanent basis the summer that Ten Hag moved to Old Trafford.
