On Tuesday's edition of Channel 4's A Place in the Sun, couple Kate and Wayne were quick to halt proceedings when their property viewing took a turn for the worse, with fans echoing their sentiments about the home's disheartening interior.With the picturesque Pinar de Campoverde as their desired location and an £85k budget, the two were accompanied by presenter Lee Juggurnauth, who guided them through an array of homes in the quaint Spanish village.The property hunt had initially looked promising; the first two properties presented by Lee seemed to charm Kate and Wayne.
However, the visit to the third abode was a different story altogether.Although the four-bedroom house promised "amples of character" from the outside, concealed behind an opaque white gate, the reality inside was far less inviting.
Confronted with a cluttered space, Kate and Wayne felt constrained and made the decision not to venture further into the property.
Wayne expressed his discomfort succinctly: "It didn't feel right", reports the Mirror. Viewers tuning in at home were quick to voice their agreement.
