The couple were looking to purchase their second home in the Greek island of Crete, and they came prepared with a budget of £300,000, with an extra £30,000 wiggle-room.The couple wanted to buy a large family home with at least three bedrooms, and a lot of living space so friends and family could enjoy the seafront property.
Mark and Prriya toured he Greek island with Lee as they viewed the five properties he had picked for them - the only problem was they loved them all.Mark couldn't believe his eyes as each property kept getting better and better, as he described the various houses as "spellbinding", "beautiful" and "stunning".
As they arrived at their fifth house tour of the day, Mark was overcome with emotion, as Lee seemingly selected his dream house.
