The first live results show of The Voice‘s 20th season just aired and eight of the Top 17 contestants were sent home. TOP 9 REVEALED: Click here to see everyone who advanced to the Top 9!
Each coach had four contestants on his or her team going into the Top 17 round, except for Nick Jonas who had the winner of the wild card round on his team.
He had five singers on his team! During the results show, the contestant from each team with the most votes moved forward immediately to the next round and then the coaches each picked another contestant to move forward.
